I have always wondered about the motive behind Evelyn's death, and if there is any direct correlation to Laci's murder. While I haven't participated in this forum foramlly, I believe that the defense has probably already followed through on this, and we will be hearing more soon.

 XPL
When is Evelyn's Family has any of them tried to hold any news conference.
You would think it should be on news daily looking for the child

So, after Googling Evelyn's name, I only found a few entries. One of which being on the ever so biased CTV site.

The only real pertinent information that I was able to find was Evelyn's autopsy report.

I guess that her entire case being sealed until Scott's trial is over escaped me initially, but when you read the autopsy report you feel the gravity if what is happening.

Evelyn's cause of death is unknown. She was noticeably pregnant, and required maternity clothes, which were in shreds when they found her in the bay. She was missing some portions of her extremities. THere were no marks of trauma to be found, no cuts on her bones or bullet marks. Her organs were mostly missing.
What did strike me is the lack of presence of barnacles or mineralization on her clothing or body or bones.
She was identified by DNA.

The similarity concerns me. Greatly.
I have never jumped up and down and insited on Scott's innocence, because I really believe that the entire case needs to be presented. My gut told me that he could have been guilty, but I have not seen anything to date that tells me that he is even guilty a little bit.
Seeing this reprt on Evelyn Hernandez's autopsy puts the icing on the cake for me. Her murder and remains resemble Laci's so much that the court decides to seal any portion of her case or investigation?
What a distortion of someone's rights.
I am disgusted.

Thes two cases are so simular...I can't understand why they sealed the files....and wouldn't allow
this in Scotts Trial....Do you think this....could be brought up for appeal issue?

The Hernandez case will not be the basis for appeal.  You would have to hit them in the head with a rock to get them to even listen to the body comparison.  Both were 7 1/2 to 8 months pregnant.  Both were headless torsos.  Both had the same legs and arm portion missing.  Both are found in the bay.

Evelyn lived in the Bay area and Laci in Modesto.  It does not preclude the person who killed Laci to have lived in the bay area too, and knew well how to dump a body since he's done it before.  Unless and until Garagos can find the real killers, force a confession in blood and drag them before an appelate judge, Scott does not stand the chance of a snowball in hell.  Delucchi should be forced to take his place for the poor excuse farce of a trial he allowed to happen.

I agree that the Hernandez and Peterson murders are connected.  Same murderer.
For some reason no one in LE wanted to touch up the similarities.  They just wanted to convict SP.

Hopefully the appeals will bring out a lot and help to overturn this unjust conviction.

Reading the autopsy report I found these similarties...

Both LP+EH wore clothes from “Motherhood.”
Both were found wearing buttless panties.
Both LP+EH pants were “tattered and threadbare”.
Both had adipocere.
Both had pubic hairs discovered on their remains.

Also, EH worked for Costco, and LP was found a few hundred feet from a Costco.

IF they think these crimes are related, why isn't someone beating LE's door down demanding some answers??  I swear they take their sweet damned time to do anything anymore. >:(
