Will they be able to charge him with double homicide if they can't really prove that she was pregnant? I realize she didn't go to the doctor to have it confirmed and it sounds that they can't tell due to remains? I feel for both sides. But I have to upmost respect for all of them. They have truely stuck together as a family. So Cali you think he will make a deal? Do you think this is what might happen on the 15th?
I would think not, unless there was concrete proof. I sure hope he makes a deal..... Spare both families anymore grief. |

I know that the media has said that he confessed to his brother in jail, but I take it his brother has never said anything public? I have to some more research on this case. I have been so involved with Scott's that this one was put on the back burner. Thanks for your insight. |

That picture of Mark I have seen before. I think that was his court apperance when he pleaded not guilty. Does anyone know when his trial starts.
Pretrial conference is on April15th. I think I started a thread on it. |

But then again it sounds like she had a pretty big heart and looks I am sure to her were not a big deal. They still look like a cute couple.
